If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from a child under 13 without obtaining verifiable consent from that child’s parent or guardian (“Parental Consent”), except for the limited amount of personally identifiable information we need to collect in order to obtain Parental Consent (“Required Information”). Until we have received Parental Consent, we will only use Required Information for the purpose of obtaining Parental Consent. JBerk Travel is required to share certain personal and billing information with travel suppliers in order to complete bookings. These suppliers may have their own privacy policies and data handling practices, which are separate from JBerk Travel's.

If you would like to review a travel supplier's privacy policy in advance, you can request a copy by informing your travel agent, using our contact form, emailing us at info@jberktravel.com, or calling us at 1-859-838-1717. We will assist you in obtaining the privacy policy of any travel supplier with whom your information may be shared as part of your booking.

Please be aware that once your data is shared with a supplier for the purpose of fulfilling your booking, the supplier's privacy policy governs how that information is handled.
